Speaker 1: I think it's an amazing service over the years. The staff has always been kind, has always been understanding, has always been determined to give the best to their patients. They're always trying to make sure that patients understand everything from start to finish. From the moment they walk in the door, to during their appointment explaining everything that they're seeing, explaining everything that's being done. Then when they're finished with their appointment, leaving and checking out with the front desk, making it as smooth and easy as possible because paying for stuff is not easy sometimes.
Speaker 2: Well I personally have dental anxiety and so the moment I walk in the door they're very welcoming and that is just very reassuring because I'm just very nervous person. And so they just make me feel like family. They just kind of help from the moment they walk in. When you go to the back room, they just make you comfortable and the doctors are highly educated and the overall experience is incredible here.
Speaker 3: They're very good at that. I think just even talking and learning about the patient's life, and what interests them and then any... if they have very bad anxiety, giving you options like nitrous or anything else to use while you're being worked on.
Speaker 4: I would say that you would come to a place that's warm and inviting and a dentist that knows the latest treatments and the technologies and that they're really going to take care of each individual patient.
Common Questions About Our Dental Services
We work with all insurance companies that allow you to choose your own provider. We’re in network with many popular plans, including Delta, Cigna, Humana, MetLife, The Standard, TeamCare, Principal, Ameritas, and HealthPartners. If you don’t have insurance or need help with out-of-pocket expenses, we accept CareCredit financing.
Our implant dentists will assess you using high-tech equipment like our 3-D imaging. It will help us determine whether your jaw is strong enough to support implants. If bone loss has weakened your jaw, we can perform a bone graft to prepare you for implants. With our advanced training, we use some of the latest techniques for dental implant placement.
When you are in pain because of a dental emergency, the team at Sioux Falls Smiles is here to help. We’ll get you into the office as soon as possible. Our number one priority is to get you out of pain and back to normal function before you leave our office. If you’re in pain but unable to get to the office right away, go ahead and take some ibuprofen and try a saltwater rinse to relieve the discomfort.
Yes, it is safe for most patients to visit the office. The only patients who should stay home are those who are not feeling well.
