Dr. William Ernst Provides Quality Care with a Warm Smile

Dr. William Ernst is proud to follow in the footsteps of his mother and her father before her providing quality dental care with a personal touch. Growing up in the dental office his whole life, he saw the tremendous impact his mother and grandfather made in people’s lives by helping and connecting with them everyday.

Dr. William Ernst studied at the University of Texas where his parents met. After meeting his own wife Dr. Peyton Ernst there, he graduated with degrees in biology and French and the two would continue on together to his mother’s alma mater, Texas A&M College of Dentistry in Dallas.

Dr. William Ernst enjoys weightlifting, history, increasing his fluency in other languages to better care for more patients, guitar, and ballroom dancing.

This is the dentist office to use!!!! The experience from being greeted to walking out the door is absolutely fabulous. All the staff are good at what they do with an attitude of being happy to care for your every need. They are very aware of discomfort you may experience and make sure they make that part as comfortable as possible. I had a bad set of teeth when I started seeing them, I’ve had a wisdom tooth extracted, a root canal, 5 cavities filled and 2 bridges done, my mouth is the best it’s been since I was a kid and I’m 53 years old.

10/10 would recommend this dentist office. My last visit, I had a bunch of things come up and they easily found a time that worked for me and tried to fit me in. The office has a great environment and everyone was very friendly from the moment you walk in the door. Every person that worked with me or I came in contact with had a big smile on their face and you could truly see they cared. My hygienist was pretty cool too…I think her name was Bretni. The office was very clean and all of my questions were answered. Overall a great place to go!

Honestly my best experience with a provider, ever, in any field. It was my initial appointment as a new patient. I was immediately informed I had a panoramic x ray 2 years prior, and they also needed one, however my insurance wouldn’t cover it. They said if they can’t locate my past x ray, they would cover the cost. I was blown away by not being forced to learn a hard lesson simply by doing what I was advised I needed without any information, like most providers would normally do. They located my old x-rays. I’ve never had that happened before. Usually I end up paying unforeseeable bills I can’t afford. It was definitely a refreshing experience. I was blown a way with how it didn’t seem about the money, and how much work they put in to ensure I saved money. Without even have history with me as a patient. Maybe humanity isn’t completely lost.

Thank you for the awesome experience at your office. Alyssa (I’m sorry if I didn’t spell that right) is a gem of a hygienist. So kind and understanding. She also gave me some tips to make it more likely to stick to a flossing schedule and it has really helped so far. She explained everything that she was doing and why. Dr. Rhuby was also great and seemed very nice. He too explained everything and showed me everything on my x-ray and pictures. He joked around a little and helped me put some of my worry at ease. Everyone I encountered in the office was so nice. I’ve already suggested this team to friends and family. Thanks so much!
